Overview

Resolve Trustee Services (RTS) is required to ensure privacy, security, integrity availability, and accountability. Compliance with this policy will provide assurance to clients, investors, employees, and other regulatory authorities that RTS intends to adhere to all applicable security and privacy requirements.

Privacy and Security Policy

Protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of customer and sensitive financial information, records and transactions is critical to RTS. RTS considers all customer information to be confidential. All information collected, processed, stored on or transmitted over RTS computer systems and networks will be treated as a RTS corporate asset.

It is the policy of RTS to prohibit unauthorized access, disclosure, duplication, modification, diversion, destruction, loss, misuse, or theft of our sensitive information assets. RTS maintains an information security program to control risks associated with access, use, storage, sharing, and destruction of sensitive customer and financial information.
